Your mission
Checking and analysing faults, configuring systems, fine-tuning/adjusting dynamics and making minor software changes using hardware and software.
Occasional travel to customer sites as a field engineer to analyse faults, modify or repair products and systems.
Provide technical advice to solve technical problems in the application of products at customer sites.
Advising engineering teams on product improvements to increase customer satisfaction
Contribute to troubleshooting and other application notes in product manuals
Maintain a product and customer database
Participate in customer project kick-offs and lessons learned meetings with engineering, sales and customers.
Provide feedback to other technical staff on technical issues with customer product applications to ensure continuous improvement of our products.
Plan the deployment of field service engineers according to customer requirements
Your profile
You ideally have the following knowledge and experience:
University degree in a technical field in engineering or degree in a technical field with additional relevant work experience in the wind power industry desired
Comprehensive understanding of the products and their application as well as troubleshooting in customer systems
Ability to solve complex problems and troubleshoot, even with incomplete information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Ability to train and instruct customer service technicians, field service technicians or customer technicians
