Your mission
Administrative support for the HR Manager and Payroll
Administrative support for all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process
Optimizing internal processes
Participation and implementation of HR projects
Maintain and update our web platform (SharePoint)
Manage and administer our own areas such as health and safety, accident insurance and pension schemes
Supervision of the time management system (e.g. incapacity to work management)
Run the daily office operations
Responsible for the company in and out documents flow and registration as per legal requirement;
Certification system

Employers' Liability Insurance Association

Your profile
Commercial training or equivalent desirable
Extensive knowledge of all Office products
Work experience in an HR environment
Digital affinity, organized and discreet working style
Ability to optimize HR processes and a hands-on mentality
Reliable and independent working style
Strong organizational and coordination skills to ensure that all administrative and organizational processes run efficiently
Knowledge of English (C1)
