Your mission
analyzes financial information for the group- historical, prospective or hypothetical - to provide insights for the business regarding its performance, support business decisions, and plans for the future. 
acts as a partner and communicate with stakeholders to gain understanding of their needs and to convey and interpret the results of financial analysis. 
prepares formal financial presentation material that is to be delivered by finance and other leaders of the business. 
identifies continuous improvement opportunities and actively participate in lean improvement projects. 
represents the broader interests of the finance team by maintaining a general understanding of financial accounting,         income taxes, treasury, and internal audit and driving appropriate consultation within and beyond finance.  
develops and maintains financial models used for decision support for the group, such as those used in the product life cycle process, capital expenditure justifications, and make vs. buy decisions. 
Maintenance of organisational key figures, management of special projects and implementation of benchmarking functions in financial accounting. 
Further development of the key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and the corresponding IT tools
Your profile
Successfully completed business studies, ideally specialising in controlling or alternatively finance/accounting
Depending on the controlling function, another specialisation may also be relevant: e.g. logistics for supply chain controlling, sales for sales controlling, technology for production/plant controlling.
Alternatively: successfully completed commercial training and further training(s) in controlling 
Practical experience in controlling, starting with internships/working student activities or from related areas (e.g. auditing)
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in using presentation tools as well as ERP and/or BI tools
At least good knowledge of English (C1); other languages as required
