Your Tasks:
- Provide troubleshooting and other technical support for a range of ConverterTec products via telephone, email, knowledgebase systems, and other suitable communications tools;
- Analyze malfunctions, configure systems and tune/adjust dynamics by using ConverterTec hardware and software;
- Ability to read and work with electrical diagrams, various problem solving by understanding circuit diagrams and base of electronic components;
- Help customers and field service engineers with troubleshooting on electrical convertors and various electrical devices;
- Prepare documentation for customers (technical reports, technical solutions, electrical drawings and manuals);
- Work with electrical measurement equipment (multimers and oscilloscopes);
- More intensive travelling abroad during the training period (6 months) in order to get to know with the specifics of ConverterTec products and issues;
- May participate in an on-call duty customer support service, out of office working hours;
- Contribute troubleshooting advice into product manuals and available knowledgebase systems;
- May investigate, repair, modify and program spare parts or return parts by using standard test instruments and hand tools;
