Your mission
  • Initiate and make decisions regarding the IT organization of ConverterTec Aftermarket & Service;
  • Ensure compliance with all global IT policies and procedures, including those related to architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision;
  • Lead all IT teams and activities including system analysis, application programming, network administration, system and user support;
  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals;
  • Responsible for the analysis of all business system requirements;
  • Ensure the effective operation and optimization of Microsoft Business Central to support business processes, applying strong understanding and hands-on expertise;
  • Lead IT operational and 3-year strategic planning, fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating resource allocation;
  • Manage the financial aspects of the IT area, including capital and expense budgeting, purchasing, and budget review;
  • Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions;
  • Handle asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment;
  • Oversee the execution of IT projects (e.g. ERP updates);
  • Drive the company’s digital transformation, including the adoption and integration of AI technologies;
  • Negotiate and manage IT vendor, outsourcing, and consultant contracts and service agreements;
  • Set priorities and collaborate with the development team to complete assigned global business system projects;
  • Act as part of the management team to achieve the goals of ConverterTec operations.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field;
  • 5+ years of IT related work experience;
  • Strong leadership skills. Additionally some leadership experience in an IT environment is preferred;
  • Transformational skills;
  • Extensive business system support experience;
  • Strong technical knowledge of business system analysis and development;
  • Strong technical knowledge or network, PC and Microsoft systems;
  • Strong understanding of project management principles;
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English language.
