Your mission
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation;
  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects across all channels (SEO,SEA, social media, content marketing, email marketing, website, etc.);
  • Create targeted content (texts, images, videos) to effectively address the defined target groups;
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., agencies) to implement marketing project;
  • Plan and control budgets within the marketing area;
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement strategies for trade fairs and technical conferences, including stand design and construction, logistics, press release strategy, technical paper presentations, and coordination of committee participation;
  • Collaborate with HR to manage internal corporate communications;
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaigns based on relevant KPIs;
  • Create and edit content for social media channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Xing);
  • Create, design, and support newsletters for various target groups;
  • Monitor, measure success, and report on marketing activities;
  • Coordinate internally with product management and engineering to develop technical contributions and presentations for trade fairs and conferences;
  • Collaborate with product management to summarize information on the voice of the customer (VOC) and market trends to identify market opportunities;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media partners.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field);
  • 5+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing;
  • Professional experience in trade fair and project management is desirable;
  • Good understanding of graphic design with an eye for detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat);
  • Enthusiasm for technical products;
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented working style;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English language (C1). Good level of German is desirable.
