Your mission
Position Overview:
The Finance, Accounting and Order Administrator manages Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) ensures Timely Monthly Financial Statement preparation and assists with customer service activities, and inter-plant order management. This is a central role in this dynamic growing company and requires a person that is a self-starter, takes initiative and is comfortable to deal with ambiguity.
In this Function You Will:
• Ensure timely monthly financial statement completion and reporting to central finance team.
• Manage Account Receivables and invoicing with customers.
• Preparing reports and analysis with respect to order fulfillment and customer deliverables.
• Interact with customers, taking care of order handling, order confirmations and payments.
• Assist internal teams in Germany and USA with respect to all order fulfillment aspects.
• Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
• Ensure accurate financial reporting by managing the transition from US GAAP to IFRS.
• Oversee inventory control and optimize working capital to improve cash flow efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance financial performance.
Your profile
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in Book keeping, Finance and Accounting.
• Experience in business systems administration including Quick Books and Microsoft Business Central or other ERP systems expertise.
• MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Data Literacy – strong numerical reasoning.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience expediting and managing orders.
• Self-motivated, Flexible and adaptable.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues.
• Renewable energy industry background is desirable.
