For our location in Kempen, we are looking for the earliest possible start date for a:
Working Student for Power BI Implementation (m/f/d)


Position Overview

This role is designed for students in analytics-oriented study programs who want to apply their technical knowledge in a real business environment while working flexibly alongside their studies. The focus is supporting the accelerated development and deployment of Power BI dashboards across our finance and operations functions. Your work will directly contribute to improved data transparency, faster reporting, and more effective decision-making within the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Help prepare recurring reports and simple analyses for the Sales and Financial Controlling teams.
• Support the documentation of KPIs, reporting logic, and data sources.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support improvements in reporting processes, templates, and data consistency under guidance.
• Assist with testing, reviewing, and updating dashboards before release.
• Support selected analytics or AI-related initiatives as part of learning and development.
• Assist in updating and maintaining existing Power BI dashboards and standard reports.
• Support the compilation, structuring, and basic validation of data using Excel, SQL, and similar tools.

Your profile

• Enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a business program with a strong analytics focus.
• Solid experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).
• Strong data handling skills, especially in Excel, SQL, and data transformation workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., DAX, Python) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in both German and English.
