For our location in Kempen, we are looking for the earliest possible start date for a:
Working Student for Power BI Implementation (m/f/d)


Position Overview

This role is designed for students in analytics-oriented study programs who want to apply their technical knowledge in a real business environment while working flexibly alongside their studies. The focus is supporting the accelerated development and deployment of Power BI dashboards across our finance and operations functions. Your work will directly contribute to improved data transparency, faster reporting, and more effective decision-making within the organization.


Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support finance and operational teams.
• Transform, structure, and analyze data using Excel, SQL, and related tools.
• Support Sales and Financial Controlling Team with day-to-day analyses and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand KPIs, business metrics, and reporting needs.
• Support ongoing improvements in reporting efficiency and data-driven decision processes.
• Potentially assist with Agentic AI model initiatives.
• Contribute to faster dashboard rollout and enhanced organizational data transparency.

Your profile

• Enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a business program with a strong analytics focus.
• Solid experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling).
• Strong data handling skills, especially in Excel, SQL, and data transformation workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and data presentation.
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., DAX, Python) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in both German and English.
