- Act as the main point of contact between the Engineering and Production departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment during product industrialization.
- Check, control, and update routing BOMs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) before every internal production order.
- Ensure that the engineering designs are practical, manufacturable and understood by the production team.
- Create assembly instructions for production assembly units. Ensure that all technical documentation is complete, accurate, and suitable for production use.
- Provide structured feedback from production to engineering to support design the improvements and process optimization.
- Measure cycle time for all assembly processes and conduct efficiency studies.
- Accept and verify materials for serial numbers and quantities before release in production.
- Mechanical development of products respecting the customer's specifications and development rules with considerable attention to detail.
- Check drawings for mechanical and electronics parts and propose equipment for manufacturability and testing.
- Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, machinery, and operations.
- Provide technical support to resolve product-related issues in manufacturing.
- Create journals for repair parts needs in the ERP system.

- Technical Education - Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical engineering;
- Previous experience on a similar role (Renewable energy is an advantage);
- Strong understanding of production processes;
- Strong experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage);
- Understanding electrical and mechanical basic principles;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation;
- Excellent command of English;
- Hands-on approach;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
